"They've helped me twice now. First with a comparabley more affordable foxtail removal. Then yesterday with the passing of my pet. Two entirely different needs and experiences. Every person I've made contact with treated me and my animals with kindness and respect. Their process in both appointments was efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend them. Having many animals, we've used five vets since moving here in 2019. PAH has provided the best overall experience in hard situations. Especially the passing of a pet. You enter a private entrance straight to your room and are given the time you need to say goodbye and a bell to ring when it's time to proceed. You get a paw print mold and if taking your love one home to bury you get a burial box. Then you exit privately. I was especially grateful for the added privacy. You'll never be"ready"but PAH is a good choice when you know it's time and have to say goodbye."
